✅ WHAT'S COVERED:
Functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers. If a manufacturing defect stops the bag from working, we will make it right.
🛠 THE FIX:
We send repair kits or replacement parts directly to you. We replace the specific component that failed so you can get back in the air as quickly as possible. If we can't fix it with replacement parts, we will replace the entire suitcase.
❌ WHAT'S NOT COVERED:
"Battle scars" (cosmetic scratches or dents), Airline Damage (that’s on the airline—be sure to file a claim with them at the airport!), misuse, or neglect.

It’s all about Size vs. Space. The Standard (18"): Designed to maximize the personal item limit (18"x14"x8") for Frontier & Spirit. Perfect for 3–5 day trips. The Mini (16"): Designed for maximum compatibility. It’s slightly smaller, making it perfect for stricter international airlines, smaller regional jets, or travelers (and kids) who just want a lighter load. Perfect for 1–3 day trips.
Easily. Since the Mini is even smaller than our Standard bag (which already fits), it glides into personal item sizers with room to spare. It is the safest bet for strict airlines (like JetBlue or United) and international carriers that have tighter limits than Spirit or Frontier.
