Shipping Policy

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
During U.S. holidays and promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 4 business days due to increased order volume.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require 2–3 weeks for delivery.
Within the 48 contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $99+* via UPS or USPS.
To ensure your delivery is secure, a signature may be required. If you miss the carrier, your shipment will be held at a nearby access point for easy pickup.
International Shipping
International shipping rates apply to all international orders. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipping transit times typically range from 1–3 weeks.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including any package protection insurance.
Shipping & Delivery Timing
Monday to Friday Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Please note: Shipping delays may occur during holiday periods, severe weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control that impact carrier operations.
Weekend Processing & Delivery
Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, and deliveries are not made on Sundays. Everyone needs some time to rest, after all!
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week. During holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
