Pre-Ordering

How long before my order ships?

While we are working on getting your shipment to you as fast as possible, due to multiple delays with the manufacturer we are hoping to have the suitcases shipped to you sometime in August.

Will I receive tracking info when the luggage is shipped?

Yes, we typically ship are luggages through UPS. Soon as we the luggages, we will ship out pre-orders immediately and you will then receive a notification and tracking number.

Can I chance or cancel my order?

Yes, we know shipping has taken longer than expected. We wouldn't want to hold on to your payment if you are unhappy about the wait. Please send us an email at support@takeoffluggage.com if you would like to change or cancel your order.

Will every order be a pre-order?

No, the demand was so high when the luggages were first discovered that they soldout so fast that we didn't get a chance to order another shipment. We are prepared this time with 4x the amount of inventory, plus another order in the works.

How does Take OFF Luggage avoid baggage fees?

With our signature removable wheels, we made the luggage to measure 18 inches long, which is typically the standand max size of items to fit under the seat. By it being able to fit under the seat, and not take up overhead bin space, airlines consider it a personal item.

How to test luggage to see if it will fit as a personal item?

Most airlines have a personal & carry-on bin in front of their ticket counter so you can test your luggages before you book a flight. Simply put the luggage inside and see if it fits. You can also find the dimensions online if you don't want to make a trip to the airport.

What are the size dimensions of the Take OFF Luggage

Take OFF Luggage measures 18"H x 14"W x 8"D inches with the wheels removed. With the wheels on the height measures 20"H inches

How to remove and put on Take OFF Luggage's wheels?

Removing and reattaching the wheels is really easy.

To remove the wheels, simply press the two yellow tabs on each wheel and pull apart.

To reattach, align the two yellow tabs with the openings on the wheels, and press together until it clicks.

Does the Take OFF Luggage fit every airline personal item size requirements?

The Take OFF Luggage was designed to be an underseater luggage, however every airline has different size requirements, so please check your local airline dimensions before purchasing.

*We are currently working on a page that will showcase every airline the Take OFF Luggage will fit in, with pictures. Please be patient, because there are a lot airlines.

My luggage won't fit in the bin, why?

If you've seen the luggage fit inside the bin before, or the measurement says it should, you may have overstuffed the suitcase. If you overstuff it, it does expand a little and that difference may prevent it from fitting inside properly. Try removing a item or two out and see if that works.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Since Take OFF Luggage is still growing, we're currently only able to ship within the continental United States. (Sorry Alaska and Hawaii!) Because shipping large items is rather expensive, in order for us to offer FREE shipping, we had to keep inside the 48 states. We plan on expanding further soon.

Do you ship internationally?

No at the current moment. Again, shipping large packages is very expensive so we currently only ship within the USA. In the near future, we plan to work with an international forwarder and let them handle all international shipping for us. Coming Soon.

How long does it take to ship?

When in stock, we ship out orders the next day, Monday - Friday. Orders typically take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return luggage?

We want you to try it after you buy it, so we are giving you a 100 Day no questions asked returns or exchange policy.

The Take OFF Luggage pays for itself in about one round trip flight. We our confident once you see the money you save every flight, you will be more than happy to keep it. But for any reason you are not. You have 100 Days to return or exchange it after purchase.

You get a full refund, but you have to pay for your own return shipping.

Can I exchange my luggage?

Yes you can, but you have to cover shipping and handling. Shipping large items is very costly, and us being a small company, it's not in our budget to have multiple shipments back and forth.

My luggage is damaged, can I return?

Yes, let us know immediately. We will provide you with a shipping label to ship back to us and we will send you a new luggage.
