Return Policy

More Travel. Less Fees. Is our motto, and avoiding costly baggage fees is our mission. We made the perfect (well in our minds, LOL) personal item suitcase, and we want you to see it for yourself.  But for any reason you are not happy, you have 30 Days to return or exchange unused items after purchase. 

We are only able to accept returns on unused items, so please gently test your products at home before traveling with them. Here's how:

  • Test your suitcase out, preferably indoors, see how much you can fit inside, how easy it is to remove the wheels, and well it rolls.
  • Try to comfortably fit 3-5 days worth of clothes inside, typically the length of a trip, so you can confidently know this personal item suitcase is the right fit for you.
  • Please keep your suitcase’s combination lock set to 0-0-0 until you’re sure you want to keep it.
  • Keep your original packaging—you’ll need it if you want to return your order.
  • If you like everything, make it official and TAKE OFF!

You'll receive a refund minus return shipping cost, subject to terms and conditions. Postage of the return is not included in the refund. Route is non refundable.

Please set combination back to 0-0-0 for returns. If we can not get into your luggage once it is returned, we will not be able to provide a full refund. Note that once you set your lock, no one else will know how to get in your bag.

Our suitcases have a limited 1 year warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage. If anything breaks, we will provide a repair kit or replacement for the part of the suitcase that is no longer functional. That means, we’ll replace this item in the event of a manufacturing defect. This warranty doesn't cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Scratches on your luggage are almost inevitable due to the continuous use of the luggage and nature of the product and are not covered by the warranty.

Get in touch with us about the warranty by emailing us pictures/videos of the issue you are having at If no pictures/videos are provided, the warranty will not be supported. 

We recommend reaching out to us 2-3 weeks prior to travel as all replacement orders are subject to our standard processing and shipping times and inventory on hand. 

Please note that if we are not able to provide an exact replacement, we will offer a product of equal value.
