Order Processing
How long before my order ships?
US Orders (Contiguous 48 U.S. States): Please allow 3 business days for order processing.
Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for orders to arrive after processing and shipping.
For US holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing due to high order volume.
International Shipping transit times are between 1-3 weeks after order processing.
We will email you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Will I receive tracking info when the luggage is shipped?
Yes. We will email you with a tracking number/numbers depending on the number of items shipping when your order is dispatched. We ship through UPS or USPS and international orders may ship with DHL if the option is selected.
Can I change/modify or cancel my order?
Please send an email to support@takeoffluggage.com if you would like to modify or cancel your order. It is best to send an email within 1 hour of ordering if you decide to modify or cancel your order.

How does Take OFF Luggage avoid baggage fees?
With our signature removable wheels, we made our Personal Item Suitcases (non expandable) luggage to measure 18 x 14 x 8 to fit in Spirit and Frontier's personal item sizers, which also allows the suitcase to fit under the seat. With the suitcase fitting under the seat and not take up overhead bin space, some airlines consider it a personal item.
**Please be sure to check your particular airlines size requirements to ensure the luggage fits.*
How to test luggage to see if it will fit as a personal item?
Most airlines have a personal item bin in front of their ticket counter, so you can test your luggage before you book a flight. Simply put the luggage inside the bin and see if it fits. You can also find the airlines personal item dimensions online.
What are the size dimensions of the Take OFF Luggage
Take OFF Luggage measures 18"H x 14"W x 8"D inches with the wheels removed. With the wheels on the height measures 20"H inches
How to remove and put on Take OFF Luggage's wheels?
Removing and reattaching the wheels is really easy.
To remove the wheels, simply press the two yellow tabs on each wheel and pull apart.
To reattach, align the two yellow tabs with the openings on the wheels, and press together until it clicks.
Does the Take OFF Luggage fit every airline personal item size requirements?
The Take OFF Luggage was designed to be an underseater luggage, however every airline has different size requirements, so please check your local airline dimensions before purchasing.
My luggage won't fit in the bin, why?
If the suitcase meets the airlines measurements of 18 x 14 x 8 and you've seen the luggage fit inside the bin before, or the measurement says it should, you may have overstuffed the suitcase. If you overstuff it, it does expand a little and that difference may prevent it from fitting inside properly. Try removing an item or two and see if that works.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
In the United States (48 contiguous U.S. states) we offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 with UPS or USPS.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping and a shipping fee will be incurred. These areas will be subject to international shipping time frames.
All shipping fees are non refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select areas internationally. Please add the item to your cart and the available shipping rates will appear during check out.
We charge for International Shipping on all international shipments.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are determined once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you choose International Shipping transit times are between 1-3 weeks.
All shipping fees are non refundable.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return luggage?
You have 30 Days to return or exchange unused items after purchase.
A return shipping fee will be incurred for all exchanges and returns.
Can I exchange my luggage?
Yes you can exchange unused items, but you have to cover shipping and handling as shipping large items is very costly.
My luggage is damaged, is there a warranty on the suitcase?
Yes, we offer a limited 1 year warranty on the suitcases. Please see warranty policy for specific details on what will be covered under the warranty. Please email us at support@takeoffluggage.com with images and or videos of the damage.
Suitcase Features
How to unlock the suitcase?
Set the code to 0-0-0 and press up on the black release lever and the suitcase will open.
How to set a new combination?
We would advise being very careful when setting a new combination code. Once a new combination code is set, the original 0-0-0 code will no longer work.
To set your own combination, please follow these steps:
1) With the lock in the 0-0-0 position.
2) Press down the reset button with a pen or other tool until you hear a "click" sound.
3) Set your own combination by turning the dials. For example, 8-8-8.
4) Push the button in the direction of the arrow until you hear the "click" sound again, confirming that you have set your personal combination..
To set another combination please repeat the steps above.
Please remember your combination - if you forget it, there is no way to open your lock besides purchasing a TSA Lock Key online.

How much does the luggage weigh?
Take OFF Luggage weighs around 6lbs with the wheels on and around 5 lbs with the wheels off.
